Our Property Management History

Starting from humble beginnings, the Pirotta’s started Propcare Real Estate in 1991 from an office in Surfers Paradise.

Equipped with their passion to serve property owners and a modest typewriter, they set out to become property management specialists at a time when most real estate agencies were only interested in selling real estate.

After many years of growth and success in managing properties across the Gold Coast, Daniel joined the team, adding a second generation to this family business which is now known as Propcare One Real Estate.

We service much of the Gold Coast including Burleigh, Varsity Lakes, Palm Beach, Mermaid, Broadbeach, Robina & beyond with first class property management services and sales.

Today, our Real Estate business uses best-in-class technology and software to deliver results for our clients, but our old-fashioned personal service hasn't changed.

In fact, some of the owners we served back in 1991 continue to be our clients today.
